Participants will learn how cross sector partners can work together to advance health and racial equity by centering the knowledge, assets and experience of diverse communities. By focusing on where opportunities have been systematically limited due to policy and practice decisions, partners can advance a just response and recovery from the current crisis and set a foundation for a future where everyone thrives.  

We will discuss the following approaches being implemented in Wisconsin: 

1. Developing and applying narrative to achieve racial and health equity 
2. Aligning policy and practice solutions to catalyze collective action toward equity
