Jihan Bekiri is Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) at WPS Health Solutions. In her role, she leads the enterprise DEI strategy aimed at making diversity, equity, and inclusion a part of our systems, behaviors, and how we work every day. Her efforts focus on fostering an inclusive environment to empower all employees by removing barriers that result in an agile, performance-based culture.

Bekiri joined WPS in January of 2021. Most recently, she was an inclusive excellence strategist lead for the American Family Enterprise operating companies. Bekiri also has experience in policy and communications focused on equity in education at the state and federal government level. She is multilingual – fluent in Albanian and Turkish. Bekiri earned her undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) and her Master of Science in International Development from the University of Birmingham (Birmingham, UK). She is also a certified diversity executive (CDE) and practitioner (CDP) from the Institute for Diversity Certification.
